  • Important: We do NOT permanently store your inputs or AI outputs unless you explicitly save them to your account

4. AI Data Processing

Our Commitment to AI Privacy:

  • Your inputs are processed in real-time and are NOT used to train AI models
  • AI-generated content is delivered directly to you and is NOT stored on our servers unless you save it
  • We use industry-leading AI providers (Google, Anthropic, OpenAI) who have their own privacy commitments
  • For voice features, audio is processed in real-time and immediately discarded after the session

5. Data Sharing

We do NOT sell your personal information. We may share data with:

  • Service Providers: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), AI providers for processing
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights
  • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

6. Data Retention

  • Account Data: Retained for as long as your account is active, plus 30 days after deletion request
  • AI Inputs/Outputs: Processed in real-time and NOT stored unless explicitly saved
  • Transaction History: Retained for 7 years for tax and legal compliance
  • Analytics Data: Anonymized and aggregated data may be retained indefinitely
