1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Canelle AI. By accessing or using our services, website, and applications (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Description of Service

Canelle AI provides access to a suite of AI-powered micro-applications through a credit-based system. Our Service includes:

  • 119 specialized AI applications across various categories
  • A unified hub for browsing and accessing all applications
  • Credit-based billing system for flexible usage
  • User account management and usage history
  • Voice interaction capabilities (where available)

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

You must register for an account to access most features of the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent.

4. Credits and Payments

4.1 Credit System

  • Credits are the currency used to access Canelle AI applications
  • Each application displays its credit cost before use
  • Credits are deducted upon successful completion of an AI generation
  • Credits never expire and remain in your account until used

4.2 Payment Processing

  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise specified
  • You agree to pay all charges incurred under your account

4.3 Refund Policy

  • Unused Credits: May be refunded within 30 days of purchase
  • Used Credits: Non-refundable once used for AI generations
  • Subscriptions: Cancel anytime; no refunds for partial billing periods

5. Acceptable Use Policy

5.1 Prohibited Content

You agree NOT to use the Service to generate or submit:

  • Illegal content or content promoting illegal activities
  • Harassment, threats, or abusive content targeting individuals or groups
  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or exploitation of minors
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery
  • Malware, viruses, or malicious code
  • Spam, phishing, or fraudulent content
  • Content that infringes intellectual property rights
  • Misinformation intended to deceive or cause harm

5.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

  • Attempt to bypass rate limits or security measures
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the Service
  • Impersonate others or provide false information
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Your Content

You own the content you create using our Service. By using Canelle AI, you retain all rights to your inputs and the AI-generated outputs. You may use, modify, and distribute your generated content for personal and commercial purposes.

6.2 Our Rights

Canelle AI and its logos, trademarks, and service marks are owned by us. The Service, including all software, designs, and documentation, is protected by intellectual property laws.

6.3 License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose, subject to these Terms.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Important: AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or biases. You acknowledge that:

  • AI outputs should be reviewed and verified before use, especially for legal, medical, or financial matters
  • Canelle AI does NOT provide professional advice (legal, medical, financial, etc.)
  • You are responsible for how you use AI-generated content
  • AI-generated content may not be unique and similar outputs may be generated for other users

8. Service Availability

  • We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access
  • The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or updates
  • We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with or without notice
  • We are not liable for any loss resulting from Service unavailability

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND
  • WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
  • WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
  • OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Canelle AI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

  • You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support
  • We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms
  • Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately
  • Unused credits may be refunded at our discretion upon account termination

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and Greece, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Athens, Greece.
